Easter

I know Easter isn't over but I just talked to my parents and they requested some pictures of Laney in her Easter dress. And since I am always trying to be the favorite child, here I go.

First is Laney's Easter breakfast. I was blow drying my hair and could see Laney sitting by the couch. I assumed she was playing with the remotes but found her having some breakfast instead. If you can't tell what it is, Laney is eating some Baked Lays Bar-B-Que flavor! (Dad is in trouble for leaving his midnight snacks out!)

Next is Laney with her Easter basket Nothing too exciting but she was pretty into her new sippy cups. Yes, she is trying to get a drink out of them even though they are empty and have covers on them. She did seem to enjoy her new book at church and tried to eat her new crayons as well. If it ever warms up, we will try out the bubbles. No candy in her basket, just her dads!

And finally, the Easter dress. While she seemed excited about it last night when I got it out of the closet to check to see if it needed to be ironed, she wasn't thrilled about it today. Mainly because dresses impede her ability to crawl. And since she is a busy body, she gets very frustrated by this. Thankfully she always remembers the elephant walk and manages just fine. (And if the dress appears big, know that I bought it about 6 months ago and Laney is taking after her mother in size- tiny feet and short body!)

We are getting ready to go to my Aunt Adrienne's for Easter dinner. I am sure it will be lots of fun. If I get any more fn pictures, I will be sure to post them! Happy Easter!
