Physical Therapy works. I have been to PT 4 times in the last 8 days and feel a million times better. My back pain is not completely gone but almost. Before I was in pretty constant pain most evenings and whenever I tried to pick up Laney, now I can do pretty much anything. I haven't had any pain today except for when the therapist was pushing on my tailbone and such. (I am a little sore in other muscles because of the work they are making me do though!)
The good news is I am on to home exercises with hope of being able to maintain my back issues all on my own. I go back in a week and a half for a check-up so wish me luck. The best part of it is that I get my afternoons back. My appointment have been at 2pm and have been at least an hour and a half. It is a good 2 hours out of my afternoon. I look forward to getting those back- especially because they are during Laney's nap which means I am not home to get anything accomplished. Oh well, such are the sacrifices of living a pain free life.
In other news, we leave Friday to go to Disneyland with Erich's family. It is will be good to see his family as we haven't in a long time. But we are a little sketchy about Disneyland on Saturday seeing how Erich doesn't think it is the happiest place on earth and I cannot ride any of the good rides because I am pregnant. But we do get to have those giant pickles and churros!
And the best news is the the Panthers won state! For those of you who have no clue what I am talking about, you must watch Friday Night Lights next season. The season finale was tonight and it is so good. Really one of my favorite shows on tv. I love that it is just a feel good show about life in Texas!

Good luck at Disneyland - hopefully it doesn't mess up your back again and just be glad you have an excuse to miss the teacups ride.
As for the Panthers, that is one of Jeff's fav shows as well. I haven't really gotten into it since I am always at mutual.
Okay, because you are my friend I guess I will forgive you for ruining the season finale for me. I have it saved on the DVR to watch tomorrow.
Courtney, you need to get some form of Tivo/DVR and record Friday Night Lights. I can't believe you don't watch it religiously!
and when you are at disneyland, you also have to get giant corn-dogs! they are sold at the corn-dog castle, which is not on the map, so it'll be a fun little game to find it!
Mandy I'm glad you are feeling better, as for giant pickles, gross, you must be pregnant. No really I just don't like pickles so it makes me think of when Dusty and Katie would eat huge frozen ones like a popsicle. Disgusting. But have fun at Disneyland, too bad you aren't going to California Adventureland becuase then you could go enjoy Aladdin, I'd highly recommend the show, Broadway quality stuff.
