Friends

Today, two old friends came over to hang out. Katie was my next door neighbor for my entire life and roommate for a few years in college. Kelli was my roommate 3 different times in my college/single life. And the 3 of us were able to be roommates altogether for a few semesters. Katie is in town so the 3 of us spent a few hours together catching up. It was lots of fun. As much as I love being a mom, sometimes it is nice to have adult conversations. And it is nice to be able to talk about girl things. It was great mid-week rejuvenation for me. I am so glad that I have good friends.
