On Wednesday, my sister Courtney, her husband Jeff, and their five kids came to visit. They were originally coming on their way to a family reunion but that was cancelled so we were able to see them longer. Laney loved having friends to play with all day long. And Erich and I had fun with Jeff and Court. We were able to get a little shopping in, a visit to my grandparents, and a fun afternoon at Thanksgiving Point (and lots of Nintendo Wii for the boys). Otherwise, we just hung out. Hopefully Court and crew enjoyed their visit here as well. Spacing was a little tight, especially for Courtney who was able to share a room with 4 of her kids, but we all managed. Here are a few pictures from while they were here. And we can't wait to see them next month in San Diego!
The first three pictures are at some garden at Thanksgiving Point. Seth isn't in them as he was at the dinosaur museum with Jeff then. The first picture is of Paige as she waits for the elephant to spray her. The second is Chase and Courtney. (Yes, they always match!) The third is of Kate and Ellie.
This is Laney and Chase. I know it it not the best picture of either child but we wanted to document the similar size of the 2 kids. Note that Laney is almost 8 months older than Chase. I think she takes after me in the size department.
