First picture of the house

Many of you have asked for pictures of the house- here is your first look. Let me give you a little background. Sunday morning I put Laney down for her nap. I laid on the couch for a little break. And Erich was in the upstairs bonus room which is now our office. Not too long after I laid down, I could here Erich coming down the stairs, using the tape measure, and going back up the stairs. Then I heard the vinyl cutter. A little confused, I decided to stop resting to see what Erich was up to. And this is the end result.

No, we don't speak Spanish. And no I don't really mind if people have shoes on in the house- it just means more cleaning of the wood floors but I will survive. This is just Erich and his fun sense of humor. I bet the rest of you wish you were married to someone just like him.

So, this is the entry way. You can see the front door. And that other doorway leads to one of four places: the laundry room, the coat closet, the door to the basement, and the door to the garage. Hopefully Erich will cut some more vinyl so I will take some more pictures!
