Allie Jane

Allie is still so fun to have around. She is growing and seems to be getting so big to me. One of my friends commented that she is starting to look like a baby now and not a newborn. I totally agree. It makes me happy as they only become more fun but a little sad as well as I love to hold a newborn. Allie is a pretty good baby. If it weren't for her sensitive intestines (aka gas issues), I would probably say she was perfect. She only cries when she has gas pains or her sister hurts her so I can't complain. Luckily, her doctor said the gas problems should be gone by 4 months at the latest. I am not going to lie, that will be a very happy day for me. It is not very fun to see your kid in that much pain or to have them wake up multiple times from a nap from that same pain. Oh well, such is life. We love her anyway!

Oh Amanda Jane such cute little babies you produce, really you should have more, time to follow in your Grandmother's footsteps! Would love to be there for the blessing, maybe for the next! Could we get a curly haired boy next time? Erich needs someone to carry on the family name.

Mandy- cute babies!!! Bummer you have to go back to work already. hey, I just wanted to give you a heads up. My Asher had seriously sensitive intestines too. In turn, I also loved gripe water. However, when he was about 10 months old he started getting really sick (vomitting, fever and yucky diapers) about once a month. After 2 hospitalizations and multiple testing they finally diagnosed him with a milk allergy. The said he would probably outgrow it (which he did), and it's different from lactose intolerance so he could still have other dairy, just not milk. Anyway, I am NO expert, but have had many thoughts looking back and wonder if he would have done better on soy formula all along. I also found that Good Start (despite the hefty price tag- agreed with his tummy the best). just some lengthy thoughts. Good luck, e-mail me if you have any questions. toriaclason@gmail.com She sure is cute and so is little Laney.
sorry about the deleted comment, that was me, it was an accident.
