I don't need to buy dress-ups for Laney. She is very content using her current, old, and future clothes. She hasn't quite figured out how to put any of them on correctly but she likes them just the same. Her favorite are the cute diaper covers that come with all of her and Allie's dresses. And she loves that she can easily access Allie's dresses and diaper covers because they are in the closet in Erich's office!
Laney is on an eating strike as well. After about 5 bites, she kindly throws everything on the floor (except blueberries.) I read somewhere that I should get her out of her seat and make her pick up the food so I have tried that and she eats the majority of what she picks up. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to deter her from throwing food, in fact it may encourage her. Anyone have another suggestion?
And Laney has a love-hate relationship with her sister. One minute she is kissing her, sharing her blankies with her, and trying to hold her- even attempting to pick her up off the floor (which she successfully did today.) The next minute, she is stealing her bottle or pacifier, hitting her with her hand or a toy, and occasionally trying to kick her. Sometimes I wish she would just ignore her altogether.
Nonetheless, I can't get enough of how cute she is and love to cuddle with my little girl.

Don't we all have love-hate relationships with our sisters? I'd like to say they'll grow out of it, but it only gets worse, I mean better!

Allie is getting big already. I couldn't believe how much she had changed when I saw her this weekend.

It's amazing what a few months will do to a kid. I can't believe Laney is so big now! I love seeing updates. She is so cute...So is Allie btw.
