Erich loves Legos. We have some on our dresser here. Laney has learned to love them as well. Mainly the Lego guys. She often points to the top of the dresser and says, "Guys." Erich is nice enough to get the guys down and play with her. Last week, he had this smart idea (he thought it was smart and I thought it was a choking hazard) to get a box full of legos from his childhood from the garage to find lots of guys for Laney to play with. Laney and Allie seemed to be enjoying themselves. After about 20 minutes, the Legos were put away and Erich said, "I think we will keep those stored in the box for another 3 years or so."

My kids have loved Legos, just get them the bigger ones so they won't choke, they even have princess ones, but if Laney prefers guys there's lots of those out there!
