Christmas was great. It was the first year had any idea of what was going on- and her idea was still so small. She knew the cousins were coming and she LOVED having them here for the big day. And she knew about decorations and candy and cookies and such and she LOVED all of those things. But I am not sure she understood the Santa concept of the gift concept but she seemed to love that as well.
Here are some pictures from our festivities. I hope my sister has more on her camera. Like usual, we had Christmas Eve here with our neighbors the Matthews as well as Rich and Becky and family and my siblings. We had Mexican food, a nativity re-enactment by the kids, and pajama opening by the kids. And we went to the Matthews for dinner on Christmas day. We had a delicious dinner and a lovely program of Guitar Hero.
We couldn't have asked for a better day. I love seeing my kids happy and interacting with their cousins and that is what I had all day. And Erich loves Legos and that is what he did all day. =) We mainly feel blessed to be happy and healthy and have each other.
