If nothing else, my students have a good sense of humor

A little background: I teach at a Jewish private school.  One of the Algebra books was previously owned by another district and in particular, was used by a boy names Jesus something or other.  It is provides daily entertainment for the girls as they like to laugh about the fact that they have Jesus' math book.

Today one of my students told me she couldn't do her math because she left her book at home.  I told her I would check in their student lounge to see if there were any extra books in there.  She told me she needed Jesus' book and that it was at home.  I found her a book- and it was Jesus' book.  As I was taking it to the said student another student exclaimed, "She found Jesus' book.  You have been saved by Jesus!"  The class erupted in laughter.  And so did I.  Maybe one day they will know how true that statement is.
