Sleep changes

This week was a big week for the girls.  I finally switched Allie to one nap a day.  And she finally seems okay with it.  It has changed her afternoon demeanor.

And I finally took away Laney's naps.  The past few weeks her sleeping has been a little out of hand.  She has been a nightmare to put a bed, up sometimes in the middle of the night, and waking for the day before 6 am.  I was trying to hold out until the summer when I was done working for Erich's and my mom's sake but after being up in the middle of the night multiple nights in a row, I called it quits.  So far, we are all happy with this new transition.
