Bebe

I feel like I haven't posted much about Miss Allie yet- or Bebe as sh is so often called. I actually thinks she responds better to Bebe than to Allie. (And I am pretty sure that most people do not think that Laney knows her name as Laney always refers to her as Bebe.) Whatever we call her, we can't seem to get enough of her.

She needs to be watched quite carefully as she likes to explore and likes to climb. When I can't find her, she is usually at Erich's desk pounding away on the keyboard. And we had to move my mom's glass candy dishes because she knew how to pull out the dining room chairs, climb on the table, take the glass lid off, and get herself a treat. I didn't want to have to replace them when Allie broke them!

She loves to eat. I am pretty sure she puts down as much food in a day as I do. She has the belly and cheeks to show for it but no bottom to hold her pants up with.

She talks more and more all the time. Some of her most often repeated words are: Nana (banana), candy, Uncle Brad, blankies, bite, mommy, daddy, Laney, night-night, and bye-bye.

She loves to copy everything Laney does. I am pretty sure she thinks they are the same age and capable of the same things.

She likes to sing "Twinkle, twinkle, little star" and "3 Little Ducks" the most.

She can do a mean hokey-pokey.

She likes to read books, play outside, wear any shoes she can find, and hide under the covers in my bed.

And mostly, she is just a happy girl as long as she is fed and Laney isn't beating her up.
