Feb 16th
Laney and her "gookie". My sister had us to dinner to celebrate Ellie, Paige, and Kate's birthdays. I volunteered to bring cupcakes. The entire drive to Courtney's house, Laney pointed at the cupcakes and in her best whiney voice said, "gookie" which in Laney-speak means cookie.
Feb 17th
I mentioned earlier how good my sister's kids are with my girls. This is Seth loving Allie. On Monday when they were coming back to my mom's house, Court volunteered to drop Seth off at the neighbor's house (where Seth's best buddy lives) and he told his mom he wanted to go to Grandma's and play with his cousins. I love it.
Feb 18th
This is Laney helping Grandma makes muffins. She loves bowls and kitchen utensils and this was no exception. Laney decided she wanted to try the batter. She stuck her hand in the muffin tin and then directly in her math. She seemed to enjoy it. I guess she is mine!
Feb 19th
This is Laney after she finally fell asleep. It was nice to have a break from her complaints about the car seat.
Feb 20th
Erich used to be greatly opposed to having our kids watch tv. That was until I introduced him to Word World and Super Why. Now when Laney wakes up, she cuddles on the couch with her favorite blankey, a big blankey, and her sippy to watch some public television.
