Yep, that was the verdict. We are thrilled but we would have been thrilled with a boy as well. The baby looks healthy which is what I was really concerned about. And they say the baby measures a little bigger than they suspected- according to their measurements the due date should be Sept. 30th or Oct. 1st.
Now, the trial of trying to find a name we both agree upon.

Congratulations on a healthy baby girl! I think having two girls close together like that will be so fun.
It's really too bad that Courtney won't accept the new baby into the family, maybe she could be our cousin, we'd love to have her. How about Abby? Didn't that used to be one of your top names? Congrats and once again, happy birthday yesterday! Sorry I was lost in the mountains of cedar city and couldn't get a call through!
Congratulations!! That is exciting to have two girls close to eachother! I have a hard time asking people opinions on names, because no one likes them until they are born, then they think it is perfect. My sister is pregnant, and if its a girl wants Malory or Abby-- she asked my opinion, I said I didn't like either of them =) I LOVE the name Laney though! So I have faith in your choice! I always liked the names Kate and Samantha. My nieces are Olivia, Grace, Haylee, and Ellianna (but they call her Ellie) Maiya and Kyra. I like all of those, and Reagan (some people think thats a boys name) and Kinley, and Mackenzie... Larkin I could go on forever! We are doing Samantha for our little girl! I always thought girl names were easier than boys!
Congrats on the girl Mandy. At least you know you and Erich can turn out a cute girl! And good luck with the name game. I know you had fun with it last time.
So exciting! Congratulations! I know how tough the name thing is. Instead of offering suggestions, I will offer you luck.
very cute. you'll have two baby girls. maybe I should drink some of your water before I decide to get pregnant again. :) congratulations! do we get a name post soon?
Congratulations. I love shopping for girl babies! What will this little one (or her mama) need?
